The Appleton Village School is seeking a Food Service Aide to assist with food prep in the kitchen. This position is 30 hours a week, 8 am to 2 pm.

Director of Special Services Opening July, 2025 - 0.8 FTE
School Union 69, composed of the PreK-8 schools of Hope Elementary School, Appleton Village School and Lincolnville Central School in beautiful Midcoast Maine, is looking for a 0.8 time Director of Special Services. This position includes Special Education, Title IX Coordinator, Affirmative Action Officer, and McKinney Vento coordination. Between the three schools, we have roughly 100 students in Special Education, and the other duties require infrequent attention, on an as needed basis. Hope Elementary School - Bus Monitors
The Hope Elementary School is seeking bus monitors to ride the bus with students. This position involves monitoring students, during transportation to and from school, to ensure safety and proper behavior. Hours will be 7:00 am to 8:15 am as well as 2:45 pm to 4:00 pm. A Maine Department of Education History Record Check (CHRC) is required.

Pay scale for substitute teachers is as follows:
Subs with a four year degree (or 90 hours of college towards a Bachelor's degree): $150/day at Lincolnville, $175/day at Hope and Appleton
Subs without a four year degree: $125/day at Lincolnville, $150/day at Hope and Appleton
