Long Term Sub – Hope Elementary School

Hope Elementary School is seeking a long-term sub at our PK-8 school.  This person would work, as needed, as a substitute throughout our school. The ideal candidate will be experienced, collaborative, positive, energetic, engaging and knowledgeable about the elementary school child.

Full-time Custodial Position – Hope Elementary School

The Hope Elementary school is a seeking custodian. This is a full-time position. Hours are 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Qualifications:  Ability to lift 45 lbs., Current Criminal History Background Check (may be completed at the time of hire), excellent communication skills, and basic computer proficiency. Positive attitude, must like children and be flexible.

Position Description:  Cleans the school following CDC guidelines

Salary:   Based on experience

Start Date:   Immediately

 Ed Tech III - Special Education - Lincolnville Central School

Lincolnville Central School is currently seeking a Special Education Ed Tech III to work with elementary aged children. This is a full-time position.

The Lincolnville Central School is a K-8 school of approximately 225 students located in Mid-Coast Maine.

School Psychological Examiner – Contracted Position

School Union 69 is seeking a School Psychological Examiner. This position is a contracted position in our three K-8 schools.

The successful applicant will work as a collaborative team to conduct evaluations, observations and assessments as needed, as well as consulting and collaborating with the Special Education Director and each school’s educational staff at the K-8 level. Knowledge of mental health and behavioral needs preferred.

The applicant must be licensed as a School Psychological Examiner and hold an 093 School Psychologist certification.

Substitute Teachers for the Hope, Appleton and Lincolnville Schools

Pay scale for substitute teachers is as follows:

Subs with 4 year degrees (in anything):$100/day

$110/day if more than 10 continuous days retroactive to day 1 (although we usually hire a sub with a teaching degree who then gets their per diem as a teacher pay)

Subs without degrees:$85/day

$95 if more than 10 continuous days retroactive to day 1 (see above however)
